2026 Season – First Week Info: The 2026 Track and Field Season beings Monday, Feb 23rd! Lots of things going on this first week so please make sure you’re constantly checking this site for the latest updates!
Spring TRACK and Field Registration closes Feb 23rd.Please Register ASAP to avoid any unexcused absences to the start of your season Monday.Registration Link below:

First Day of Practice/Tryouts- February 23rd –Â Track & Field (co-ed).
Before an athlete is cleared to participate in the first day of tryouts or practice, 3 steps must be complete. Please complete these 3 steps so you are ready to practice on Feb 26!!!
- Register for your sport.2. Upload a current (performed within the last 365 days) physical form in the registration system.

Track Parent/Athlete Night: Monday March 2, 2026 6:00 -7:00pm RCHS auditorium. We will be sharing lots of important information that night, so parent and athletes please be sure to attend!!
Monday FEB 23, 2026: 1st day of Practice!! – We will meet at 3:15pm sharp on the RCHS Track. Come ready to workout!!! We plan to be outside as much as possible during the season, so dress accordingly.

It is very important to check our site so you are aware of the schedule/events for the upcoming week. ALL of our team info is posted on the Canyon Weebly Team site.
When: January 5th-Feb 20th Monday-Thursday 3:15-4:45pm and Friday/Saturday for Distance.
Athletes can tailor their schedule to drop in at any time. Attendance is 100% optional.
Who: Open to High School and Middle School Athletes
Where: Rock Canyon HS Track
What: Focus is on preparing every athlete with the goal of them having a successful 2026 Track and Field Season.
